Hullo, puptographers!

From all of us here at Kitfox Games and Sundae Month, Happy New Year! It may not be the year of the dog but this has gotta be the year of taking pictures of the dog. 📸

As you can imagine, the team took some well-deserved time off over the holidays but, you don't have to suffer, because no matter what holidays come and go, I get to bring you... More doggo pictures!!!

Aww, look at these pups! So helpful, bringing me my equipment. I swear by the end of the day I was drowning in Beach Balls, Sticks, and Rackets. Everyone just wanted to play fetch, and who can blame them.

Not me!

I especially appreciate Motorcycle Dog's (I didn't catch his name tag, sorry) commitment to style AND safety! Way to go, buddy!

 

Filters

Remember that special film we talked about last month?

Well... I donned my backpack, my best camera, and went hunting for it! It was hidden well but with some perseverance and keen eyes I found some! The reward for my hard work was getting some extra-stylish pictures of some four-legged residents on the beach. ♥

I think I maybe interrupted some sorta secret meeting going on for this one...? 

More dogs!?

Wait what, more dogs!? How can this be???

It's true and I've witnessed it myself. When out searching for camera filters I came across a dog I hadn't seen before, of course, I gave her a good head pat and continued on my way. Which y'know wasn't strange until I realized until that point I hadn't seen this breed of dog before yet now I was seeing it everywhere.

At first I thought it was a Frequency Illusion, but actually, that's how the game works -- once you unlock a new dog breed, they start roaming the world over, looking to be found and play fetch. Beautiful.

With the mission and dog-unlocking structure complete, the devs are focusing this month on improving the world -- the level design, the environments, new missions, hidden treasures. All the best stuff.

I'll report back on my findings next month! Maybe I'll even find some new filters or locations, so wish me luck! And let me know if you'd like to share pics of your own dog -- we pupperazzis have to stick together.
